Have you ever heard about homosexual propaganda, a subject so noticeable for the last year or two? If you live in Poland, you surely have. But then, same as we, you do not know what is it all about. One thing is certain – it is similarily unsuccesful as the rule of our previous governement. Oh, and – it does not exist at all… To finally ridicule the whole idea of ‘sexual propaganda’ we decided to propagate homosexualism ourselves. What was the result of it? Here goes the account.

‘Heterics to Madagascar!’

It is one of the slogans aired one afternoon by the Mother of Homosexual Revolution. There were other, equally simple and powerful: ‘3 millions of new gays’ and ‘Homosexual Propaganda’, but – contrary to our efforts and expectations – we did not turn the participants of our rally, taking place as part of ‘Lesbians, Gays and Friends’ festival, into homosexuals. The banners and placards, and enchanting, vowing and slogans – none of that helped, and proved to be ineffective. And it could have been so beautiful – we could have fulfilled our politicians’ worst dreams, and through homosexual propaganda infest the whole city with homosexualism.



We do not remember to which of our politicians do we owe this amazingly absurd slogan, namely ‘homosexual propaganda’. Thanks to this (both the slogan and the politician) we could have organised equally absurd Homosexual Propaganda Rally. We alone could have never concieved – regardless how hard we tried – anything like that, unfortunately, even though we grew up on Monty Python shows. Undaunted by the fact that the slogan was not ours, we decided to put it into action. We decided that we will not be charmed with propaganda that noone has ever even seen with his/her own eyes. From now on, when one speaks of ‘homosexual propaganda’, he/she will even be able to produce its photos. Oh, we will show everyone what a decent homosexual propaganda looks like.

But… what does homosexual propaganda look like?

Well indeed, what does it look like? What sources can we search for answers?
We started with Maria Janion’s works, but there was no answer there. Then we continued with Kopalinski’s, Dictionary of myths and symbols, Encyclopedia of 20th century and many others. The list is long. But alas, unfortunately, we did not get any answers, even worse –not a single pointer as to what would this propaganda look like!

Mother of Homosexual Revolution had to answer this question on her own. Tough luck, this is life. She wants to organize a propaganda rally, so she has to invent it. And so she did take to it, did sit down, and did think it all out. There was the Grey Web of Homosexual Ties for starters – it was sporadicaly mentioned here and there. And since nobody ever saw it yet, nobody feel wronged that it was made out of yellow cord – but the knots on it were so strong! To make it so the long and carefully selected tentacles of homosexual lobby were used. Then there were the brilliant slogans for the banners. Our favourite was the one aired loudly, ‘3 millions of new gays’ – gays exactly, for the lesbians are totally unknown to anybody, the lesbians are only a figment of heterosexual males imagination, so putting them up on banners of our propaganda would be useless. We did have a banner, our colours, of course – for any Revolution or Propaganda can not go without one. We tossed in some propaganda and extremely homosexual music, added a megaphone and loudspeakers, and off we went into the world.
